We develop new generalized integral operators of analytic functions (single or multi-valent) with negative coefficients and we study some of their properties. We give particular cases of our new integral operators and link them to existing integral operators. Therefore, we easily show that several integral operators from literature are covered by our generalized integral operators. Their properties are also conserved.
Modern day public transport assignment faces lots of problems. Solutions may exist but needs some form of backings. A sensitivity analysis in most cases could just be sufficient to provide this backing. The developments in this book are very important for students, academic researchers and policy makers. The book provides an extensive review on transit assignment, sensitivity analysis and OmniTRANS. It highlights important conclusions such as:- - Passenger access-egress distances significantly affects their access stop choices. - The travel distance parameter of the generalized cost function has the highest influence on transit assignment - The number of transfers to be made by passengers significantly determines their generalized cost of travel - A carefully conducted partial sensitivity analysis can provide better predictions than a Monte-Carlo sensitivity analysis. As a policy advice to public transport operators in Flanders-Belgium, the developments in this book suggest that; to improve transit assignment, it is sufficient to reduce passengers access-egress distances & the number of transfers either through the institution of more direct transit lines or missing links.
This book is a study of bounded weighted composite integral operators. The book is divided into five chapters and each chapter is further divided into several sections except the first chapter. The first chapter contains some introductory material. The composite integral operators are studied in the second chapter. The third chapter is devoted to a study of weighted composite integral operators. The linear and non-linear integral operator operators are reported in the fourth chapter. In the fifth chapter we characterize Frobenius-Perron operators between two Lp- spaces.
The main purpose of this book is to introduce the generalized composition operators and the generalized multiplication operators on weighted Hardy spaces . Composition operators have been the subject matter of intensive study over past several decades and they find applications in ergodic theory ,quantum mechanics and other branches of mathematical and physical sciences . The 1st chapter of the book contains introductory material . The compact, Fredholm generalized composition operators are characterized in the second chapter. The Hermitian,Normal ,Quasi normal ,Isometric and co isometric generalized composition operators are presented in the third chapter. It is shown that most of the properties of the generalized multiplication operators differ from the multiplication operators acting on other function spaces .eg:- On most of the function spaces multiplication operators are normal .But this result is not valid incase of generalized multiplication operators on weighted Hardy spaces . In this book some light is thrown on differential and anti-differential operators acting on weighted Hardy spaces .
It is well known that many processes in Mechanic, Physics, Economy, Biology and other sciences can be represented by operators. It is also known that many classical problems for differential equations usually involve local operators which some of them can be represented as nonlinear Nemytskii operator. This is an example of local operator which we concentrated the majority attention on this module. The Theory of Functional Differential Equations also involves inner superposition and integral operators, which are examples of disjointness-preserving and addictive orthogonally operators. These two operators was considered on this work. We also introduced the notion of partially disjointness-preserving operator. We analyzed general properties and the representation of all these operators on the space of measurable functions. Furthermore, we related one to another.
The focus area of this paper is on the assignment problem with budget constraints which is one of the application area of combinatorial optimization that operates on the domain of those optimization problems,in which the set of feasible solutions is discrete or can be reduced to discrete,and in which the goal is to find the best solution. It is particularly concerned with solving the unconstrained assignment problems with Hungarian algorithm and the constrained assignment problem by cutting plane or outer linearization algorithm for solving the Lagrangian dual problem in which, at each iteration,the function that approximates the dual function is optimized. The paper is divided in to two chapters. In the first chapter,the classical assignment problem,the problem of finding optimum (minimum or maximum) cost or profit assignment a set of workers or resources to jobs or activities to gather with its mathematical formulation,solution methods and special cases in assignment problems were considered. Under the second chapter, we have considered generalization of the classical assignment problem concerning resource(or budget) constraints, due to the variety of real life problems.

We study vector measure. Integration and spaces of p- integrable functions with respect to a vector measure are considered .We establish the spaces of integrable and vector functions with respect to vector measures of convex range and factorization of operators from - spaces. We show some integral identities and inequalities for entire functions and their applications to the coherent state transform, with positive multilinear operators acting on weighted - spaces. We construct the structures of the modulation spaces and multilinear pseudo-differential operators. We show the localization operators and the time-frequency analysis of Sjostrand's class. We study the necessary conditions for Schatten class localization operators and tensor product representations of - space of vector measure duality. We investigate the vector measure Maurey – Rosenthal – type factorizations and sums of - spaces. We show the structure of the short – time Fourier transform analysis of localization operators and study the compactness criteria in function spaces and time-frequency localization operators on Hilbert spaces.
A wireless mesh networks (WMNs) has emerged recently, WMN consist of two types of nodes mesh routers and mesh clients.WMN is dynamically self-organized and self-configured, with the nodes in the network automatically establishing and maintaining mesh connectivity among themselves. Channel assignment is a critical issue in WMN which is the mapping between the available channels and the radios at each node such that the network performance is optimized, and hence the focus of this work along with static channel assignment, multi-radio, multi-channel. Multi-radio MAC can potentially achieve higher network capacity than single-radio MAC. We design and implement a new agent (DSBCA) distributed channel assignment spanner base, the routing protocol Optimize the network performance considering the throughput, end-to-end delay, connectivity and the interference of our channel assignment algorithm. Base on the network simulations NS2.34 on Linux Fedora and our proposed channel assignment algorithm improved the throughput, minimal-connectivity preserving channel assignment algorithm.
The studied theme in this monography is part of the geometric function theory domain. An important problem of the geometric theory of analytic functions is to study differential operators and their properties on different classes of analytic functions. A particular chapter in the differential operators study is to study the different geometric properties of some classes of analytic functions defined by these operators. The differential subordinations, superordinations, strong subordinations and strong superordinations have an important place in defining some new classes of holomorphic functions that are obtained using some generalizations of known differential operators. This monography presents the author'' research regarding the differential subordinations, superordinations, strong subordinations and strong superordinations using some differential operators, obtaining new subclasses of analytic functions. Over the last ten years, the theory of Hardy and Bergman Spaces has undergone a remarkable metamorphosis. The research originated from a study of weighted Hardy and Bergman Spaces that revolve around the composition operators and inequalities is to present the latest development, mostly achieved in the thesis form. In particular, gradute students and new researchers in the field will have access to the theory from an almost self contained and readable source. We study the action of composition operators on Sobolev Spaces of analytic functions in some weighted Bergman and Hardy Spaces on the unit disc. composition operators mapping into the Hardy Space are included by making particular choices for the weights. In the thesis we will explain some of the important results of compact composition operators on weighted Hardy and Bergman Spaces.
Spectral theory is a crucial aspect of Functional Analysis. In applications many eigenvalue problems arise, it is therefore expedient to study the criteria that guarantees the existence of basic system for linear operators. This work contains an in-depth study of the compact linear operators and their spectrum. Complexification of real Banach spaces is treated to allow the immediate extension of many results on real Banach spaces and their operators to Complex Banach space.It is interesting to note that compact alone does not guarantee the existence of basic system. Spectral decomposition theory for compact and selfadjoint operators is used to justify the existence of basic system for unbounded operators(non-compact operators). This work is not useful to the Pure Mathematicians alone but also to the Applied Mathematicians,Physicist and Engineers because it also contains applications to elliptic boundary value problems and other optimization problems.
The efficient management of Change Requests (CRs) is fundamental for successful software maintenance; however the assignment of CRs to developers is an expensive aspect in this regard, due to the time and expertise demanded. To overcome this, researchers have proposed automated approaches for CR assignment. Although these proposals present advances to this topic, they do not consider many factors inherent to the assignments, such as: developers’ workload, CRs severity, interpersonal relationships, and developers know-how. Actually, as we demonstrate in this work, CR assignment is a complex activity and automated approaches cannot rely on simplistic solutions. Ideally, it is necessary to consider and reason over contextual information in order to provide an effective automation. Beyond investigating all these aspects through an extensive systematic literature review, this work also proposes a context-aware architecture solution to semi-automated assignment of CRs.

Problems in stochastic homogenization theory typically deal with approximating dierential operators with rapidly oscillatory random coefficients by operators with homogenized deterministic coefficients. Even though the convergence of these operators in multiple scales is well-studied in the existing literature in the form of a Law of Large Numbers, very little is known about their rate of convergence or their large deviations. This work establishes analytic results for the Gaussian correction in homogenization, and large deviation results for homogenization problems in random media. Several special cases are analyzed in detail.

Apparel manufacturing is a labour intensive assembly line process requiring significant amounts of repetitive, skilled manipulation. Various studies have identified relatively high frequencies of musculoskeletal discomfort among sewing machine operators. The tailors (sewing machine operators) used foot-operated sewing machines with the machine serving as work table. From the diverse seating devices observed, no ergonomic considerations were made in the selection, purchase and fabrication of these seating devices. There is hence reason to suspect that various non-ergonomic types of sitting devices could be partly responsible for the musculoskeletal discomforts among sewing machine operators.it was hypothesised that since sewing machine operators performed repetitive movement is order to operate the foot pedal, it could lead to repetitive stress injury at the ankle joint.
Recent advances in the optimization of fixed time traffic signals have demonstrated a move towards the use of genetic algorithm optimization with traffic network performance evaluated via stochastic microscopic simulation models. This book examines methods for improved optimization. Several modified versions of the genetic algorithm and alternative genetic operators were evaluated on test networks. Application of the CHC search algorithm with real crossover and mutation operators was found to offer improved optimization efficiency over the standard genetic algorithm with binary genetic operators. Computing resources are best utilized by using a single replication of the traffic simulation model with common random numbers for fitness evaluations. Combining the improvements, delay reductions between 13%-32% were obtained over the standard approaches. A coding scheme allowing for complete optimization of signal phasing is proposed. Alternative delay measurements, amendments to genetic operators and modifications to the CHC algorithm are also suggested.
The class of p-th power factorable operators was developed in 2008 by Okada, Ricker and Sanchez Perez. This is a family of Banach space valued (linear and continuous) operators defined on a Banach function space over a finite measure, which can be extended to the p-th power space of its original domain. This class of operators has been applied to obtain generaliztions of Maurey-Rosenthal's Theorem, and also to the study of the largest (by inclusion) p-convex domain of the convolution operators and the Fourier transform. Here we develop the duality of this class and obtain generalizations of these results by means of factorizations through p-convex and q'-concave spaces, these spaces have optimal properties in its domain and range, respectively. This technique is very useful, since now we have shown that these properties are invariant by complex interpolation and also we see how we can easily apply to kernel operators, as the Laplace transform. This memoir arises from the Ph.D. thesis of the author presented at the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia and supervised by the professors Fernando Mayoral Masa and Enrique A. Sanchez Perez, with whom the author is greatly indebted.
Taxis are an important component of the public transport system in Nairobi, Kenya. The ability of the taxis to be more productive was for a long time hindered by poor communication. This situation has changed with the widespread availability and use of mobile phones by both the public and taxi operators. This study examines the contribution of mobile phones to enhancing the productivity of taxi operators in Nairobi. Interviews conducted with taxi operators in Nairobi and with selected key informants provided insights into the role of the mobile phone in enhancing productivity. The findings revealed two ways in which the mobile phones enhanced productivity of taxi operators. First is the coordination of demand for the taxi service. Operators no longer wait for customers mainly at ranks but are now in constant contact with customers through the use of mobile phones. Second is that mobile phones have provided a flexible financial service. The operators use the money transfer service of mobile phones to receive payments and also to send money to family members, relatives and friends.
