Analytical methods development and validation play important roles in the discovery, development, and manufacture of pharmaceuticals. The current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) and Food Drug Administration (FDA) Guidelines insist for adoption of sound methods of analysis with greater sensitivity and reproducibility. This thesis describes analytical methods developed for drug determination in pharmaceutical dosage forms and biological matrixes including Chromatography (RP-HPLC) and Hyphenated Techniques (LC-MS/MS). Methods have been developed for separation and quantification of selected drugs from categories like Antihypertensive, Antihyperlipidemic, Skeletal Muscle Relaxant, Non-Steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug (NSAID), Antibiotic, Anticonvulsant, Antiviral, and Analeptic.
Henry E. Allison presents an analytical and historical account of Kant`s transcendental deduction of the pure concepts of the understanding in the Critique of Pure Reason. He traces the line of thought that led Kant to a recognition of the need for transcendental deduction, and defends Kant`s 'non-contingency thesis' and 'non-separability thesis'.
During the years of professional growth, Ruslan Pisarenko has been developing applications in Java, C, C++ and C# programming languages. The thesis work, was a defining step in Ruslan''s career, it was a proof of his competency, as well as a first experience in writing scientific papers. Being a thesis work for Information Technology degree, the thesis goes very deep into explanation of major Java Enterprise Edition methods and technologies, and describes a process of creation of ERP analytical Reporting module. From the very beginning, Ruslan decided to create a work that would match final thesis requirements of leading Computer Science faculties. After nearly a year of work, the thesis was very well received by the Professors and other students, as well as employer, who ordered the work. Thesis describes an original method and logic for migration from JXLS to JasperReports framework. This method can be useful for everyone, who is facing a need to perform such migration, while preserving the ability to create dynamic reports with variable amount of tables.
In this paper, three thesis statements concerning the influence of economic relations on non-economic bilateral relations have been developed. In order to validate the thesis statements a methodology was chosen that is mainly data driven and based on two case studies and a data comparison procedure, as opposed to a "theoretical approach". After the methodology was evaluated a choice of cases was made and data were collected. Furthermore appropriate data (frequency and availability of data) were collected and presented. Finally data evaluation was undertaken (as a comparability check) and conclusions (e.g. that the relation of Germany and France is 100:8 stronger than Germany-China, based on data!) derived from the collected data were made. As a next step the "impact matrix" of Vester (that is commonly used to analyze influences) was developed based on the data out of the two cases and the data comparison sections.
Parallel to the prevalent traditional consolidation techniques, a new, easy and understandable technique is introduced to compute the three important and critical values for group accounts. The computation of these values was always an issue for accountants, managers, professors and students. Consolidation process is a presentation of group accounts, where the most technical areas of computation are consolidated goodwill, non-controlling interest and consolidated reserves. When investment is significant resulting in control over the investee firm then investor firm is normally required to prepare consolidated financial statements along with its own financial statements.
Comparative analysis between Bangladesh and international accounting standard: supporting the student who are planning to write a thesis on their graduation and post graduation. Authors recommends some guideline for company who are practicing BAS to prepare their financial statements. Researcher also analyse some hypothesis on the basis of some problem. This paper is also can apply for further researches.
